Dear League Owners on this Blessed Day:
At 9:00 p.m. or so I gave up all Hope of Rick Gammons calling and thanking me for trading to him TOR’s #1 Prospect Adam Lind (per Baseball America, the Holy Bible of Magic Beanos). So let me instead fire the first folly of fall friendship and martyrdom and offer a warm toast to Rick and all my other good fellows, fellow travelers and cheerful companions this wonderful season of hope and dreams. Honored to be in your League and Thankful for owning the greatest collection of #1 Prospects the USML ever has seen in any Thanksgiving season: Gordon (KC), Ellsbury (BOS), Sweeney (CHI), Miller (CLE), Cruz (TEX), Snelling (SEA) and Dukes (TB–ranked 4th but should be #1).
