[USML Announce] Retention Rosters Question

I think that Blocker circulated a bunch of dates for things like that a
while ago. Mark, can you recirculate the calendar?

In the past, we have always allowed ourselves one "dump a dog" just before
the draft.  I assume that we are doing so again this year.  Has anyone
proposed a date for the last-minute dumps?
