Well, fourth-place finishers do get the equivalent of one player's dues, so
that might make sense.  The Brats proved last year that their annual goal is
to play for fourth.  So, go ahead and cut John the check,  Buddha.  But make
sure to arrive early for the 2005 draft when the Klein Nine raises its
pennant flag!
