[USML Announce] Congratulations to David Riske

Riske, Jiminez, Betancourt and Wickman--they all suck.   As I pointed out a 
couple of months ago, there's a difference between a closer and someone who 
gets the ball in the ninth inning just because someone has to pitch.  There are 
no closers in Cleveland.
