                  Welcome to Seedling -- fruit picked ripe and delivered directly to you at farmer's markets throughout Chicago during the summer season!

                  If you are getting this e-mail, you have worked with us in the past, or you are a friend of ours and found your way into my palm pilot, and I hope that's okay! If not, feel free to click on the unsubscribe link below. Otherwise, you will get our weekly updates throughout the season. 

                  As many of you may already know, I've had a bit of a career change this year, and wanted to update you on what's going on. Seedling is up and running. We bought an orchard -- we grow and we sell fruit! 

                  Please see below for information on what we're about and where you can find us at the farmer's markets. Thanks in advance, I really hope to see you (and MANY other people you send!) this summer.

                   All About Seedling Fruit 
                  Our plan is to grow only the finest fruit we can; we have 80 acres of orchards and we are committed to growing only the best in apples, peaches, pears, plums, nectarines, apricots, and cherries (over 70 varieties on 4800 trees!). We let our fruit sit on the tree as long as possible, to ensure we can sell unbelievably ripe fruit of the best varieties.

                  So, we are just starting out and could really use your support!

                  Here's how you can help:

                    a.. If you are in Chicago, come buy from us!
