[USML Announce] Draft Eligibility - PLEASE VOTE

Just to be clear. The list of people that I propose to be added for eligibility is limited to major league vets appearing on NRI lists that are nominated by league members for that purpose in advance of the draft plus Joe Mauer.  NRI listed prospects would simply not be eligible. This is a slight variation on Winick alternative #3.
