[USML Announce] New vote

I am worried that there are a lot of hanging chads on my ballot, so I am
posting a new one:

1. I vote for Rich's proposal, which I understand to be the old option 1
plus players on the NRI list who have lost rookie status.

2. If my vote above is unclear, I believe this is the same as option 2 on
Jeff Winick's recent e-mail.

3. If the two above statements are unclear, please cast my vote by
executing my intent to vote for any proposal that does not make available in
the auction rookies that are not on the 40 man roster.

If you are with me, just post a message which says "amen to that, when can
we stop the voting."
