We should probably sort out how to handle pre-opening day transactions.

Should we allow roster moves in advance of MLB opening day?

When will we first entertain FAAB bids?

For example, if a player gets traded into the AL after our draft but before
opening day, when would that player first be eligible to be picked up in
FAAB bidding?

I've given this stuff no though whatsoever and have no idea what TQ stats
will allow us to do.

I'm just trying to identify issues that we will need to resolve.
