Mark Blocker will input our rosters. He has been out of town on business
since shortly after the draft. I believe that he will be back very soon and
assume that he will complete the task then.

Mark Blocker will give us guidance as to how transactions will be processed
this year. In recent years, free agent bids were handled by sending an
email message to usmltrans at aol.com or transaction at usml.net (which in turn
points to whatever the then current transaction address is). I believe that
we agreed to a free agent session on or about opening day. Again, I expect
that Mark Blocker will provide details.

We agreed to use e-bay style bidding.
