[USML Announce] Test Message

I have identified one problem -- which appears to have been fixed.
 
I plan on moving the usml.net domain once again -- I'm not sure when I'll do
this though.
 
When it happens, the list will be out of commission for a little while.
 
If I can get assurances that any outage would be limited to a day or two,
then I might do it in-season.  Otherwise, I'll wait until after the season
is over.
