[USML Announce] Draft Time

I am all for booze at this draft, though I imagine many of the Wisconsin
grads to be one and done after their Point beers are done. That said, I
still would have probably made the worst pre-season trade of all-time: Manny
for Carlos Delgado even if Andy had passed out.

I hereby propose 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 2nd.  If booze is not allowed
at the hallowed offices of Sidley and whatever the rest of the name now is,
I think I may be able to swing some room in the basement of the new Winick
home.
 
It should make for a nice Saturday evening.
