  I'm back!  Many thanks to Jeff Winick for handling the  commissioner chores 
in my absence.  Here is this week's report.
 
I.  FAAB
 
Hoosiers -5 (purchase of C. Bradford)
Klein Nine -12 (purchase of Borowski)
Nukes -5 (purchase of Witasick
 
II.  Unclear moves
 
Nukes bids contained unclear directions.  Mark, I have assumed you  wanted to 
waive Romero.  Let me know if I have misinterpreted your  e-mail.
 
III.  E-mailed moves
Hoosiers:

Greetings;
FAAB:  $7 C. Bradford  (Bos).  If successful, reserve and waive Wood.
That is  all,

Berliners:

Bid $9 on Joe Borowski.  If  successful, waive Quintanilla and reserve
Borowski.

Jeff  Winick


Klein Nine:

Bid $48 on Joe Borowski.  If bid is  successful, waive
Brian Anderson.

If bid is successful at less than  $7, simply reserve
Borowski.

If bid is successful at $7-$9, activate  Borowski,
reserve Mark Hendrickson, activate Omar Infante at UT,
and  reserve Russ Gload (currently in my UT slot).

If bid is successful at $10  or more, activate
Borowski, reserve Mark Hendrickson, activate Chris
Gomez  at UT, and reserve Russ Gload (currently in my
UT slot).

The above  complications revolve around my need to stay
above the salary  floor.

Bid $7 on FA Jay Witasick,  $11 on FA Joe Borowski.  If
successful, acquired player(s) to active  roster and reserve the following
players in the following order, as necessary  to make room for acquired
player(s):  J. C. Romero,  Kyle  Lohse.
