II. E-mailed moves
 
Klein Nine:

Trade A-Rod, Belliard, and Bigbie to Hoosiers  for
J.Peralta, Hanley Ramirez, and Podsednik.

Activate Podsednik in OF  (replacing Bigbie)
Activate Peralta at SS (Move C.Gomez from SS to  3B)
Reserve H.Ramirez
Activate A.Cora at 2B (replacing Belliard)

I  believe this leaves my salary at $200.  If I have
miscalculated, I give  Commissioner Blocker authority
to make a move at his discretion to comply  with the
cap rules.  (I will be out of town and unable to make
the  move myself.)

Randy Winn released (please  credit FAAB balance $23).
FAAB Sal Fasano, $6. If successful, to active  roster and reserve Pat 
Borders. (Roster spot cleared through Winn  waiver).
Conditional FAAB (if unsuccessful on Fasano), $5 Yorvit Torrealba,  to active 
roster at C if successful and reserve Pat Borders.

FAAB $9  Shawn Chacon. If successful, to active roster and reserve Al Leiter; 
release  Miguel Olivo (& credit FAAB balance $11 per trade to  NL).


Bombers:

FAAB:

11 - T. Betancourt; if succeeds, to  active 2B, reserve A. Gonzalez, Mueller
to 3b

7 - P. Nevin; if  succeeds, to reserve


waive in order:  A. Sanchez (+2), J. P.  Howell


Red Hots:

Chad Orvella has lost rookie status due to  time of service at the major
league level.

Please adjust his contract  so that it is in year one.

I note that Jesse Foppert does not seem to be  on the Mariners major league
roster.  If he is added to the major league  roster before noon today, which
I doubt, I'll bid $11.  If I get him  then waive Sele and place Foppert in
Sele's spot on my roster.

Calamari Transactions:

FAAB Bid $40 Phil  Nevin - if successful activate Nevin at CI, reserve Spiezio

FAAB Bid $13  Gabe Kapler - if Kapler bid successful and Nevin bid was also
successful then  reserve Kapler.  If Kapler bid successful but Nevin bid  was
unsuccessful, then activate Kapler at OF, reserve Spiezio, move Inge to  CI

FAAB Bid $15 Shawn Chacon - if successful activate at P, reserve  Sturtze
If Chacon bid not successful then bid $12 on Aaron Small - if Small  bid
successful then activate Small and reserve Sturtze

Depending on  number of FAs acquired, waive the appropriate number of players
in this  order:
1) Laynce Nix
2) Eli Marrero
3) Kevin  Brown


Nukes:

Waive Chan Ho Park and collect FAAB compensation  ($2).  Bid the
following amounts on FAs:  Yuniesky Benancourt, $11;  Phil Nevin, $11, Joe
Kennedy, $6.  Any acquired players to reserve  roster and waive the following
players in the following order as necessary:  Charles Johnson, Luiz  Vizcaino.
