Halcyon:  peaceful, restful; or, perhaps more apropos in this case, happy or prosperous.  Taken from the alternative name of the seabird generally know as the Kingfisher.  In legend, the Kingfisher is said to nest upon the seas at the winter solstice, thus calming the waters.
 
But Rick said this deal could only be described as mutually beneficial, so I guess it can't be called halcyon.
