[USML Announce] USML Rosters - 4/4 update

Gang:
 
  The roster issues have been resolved; all rosters are  complete.  Unless 
anyone submits corrections, I plan to "submit" the  rosters after 10:00 p.m. 
tonight.  One I do so, I will then input the  transactions that I was given, and 
then the standings tomorrow should be  correct.  Let me know if you have any 
questions.
 
  Tomorrow I also expect to circulate an e-mail describing the new  
procedures I want to follow for submission of roster moves.
