JJ Putz? The new Mariner's closer? Jeff ... can't you get Brad a
subscription to one of your pay sites so he knows what's going on in the
American League?
Here's the Hansen update, BTW: "Craig Hansen struck out three in two
perfect innings of relief for Double-A Portland on Thursday."

Let Klein-9 happily tout the joys of Craig Hansen...even though the Rips
parted company this week with Messrs. Wickman and Foulke, they still house
the inestimable J.J. Putz (Mariners' new closer), A. Burgos (if/when Royals
get a win), and Jason Childers (Devil Ray Care). The Rips are perfectly
poised to challenge for the mid to upper tier in saves this year, Mariano
Rivera be damned!
