[USML Announce] Forever Young: Hey, What are Our Rules?

There's no rule against it.  I thought we passed a rule encouraging it, but perhaps it didn't pass.

This latest fiasco involving hotheaded Delmon Young makes me wonder:  what if any policy does the USML have for throwing (or, in Doug's case, hurling)  objects at Jeff Winick during the draft?
