[USML Announce] USML - FAAB bidding reminder

  This is just a reminder that, beginning this Sunday, and continuing  until 
the end of the season, any player acquired via FAAB over waiver claims  cannot 
be retained next year.  For every player acquired from now until the  end of 
the year, they will be assigned a contract status of FA immediately upon  
acquisition.  This means, for example, that players called up as part of a  major 
league team's September roster expansion can be acquire via FAAB, but they  
cannot be retained.
