[USML Announce] The Case Gets Stronger ...Against Andy Klein

You know, gentlemen, none of this acrimony would have developed but for Andy
Klein's hysterical reaction to my trade of Keith Foulke to the LMC for
Justin Huber (boy, some impact that deal had on you, eh, Andy?!) and his
formation of COPS...an endeavour that Andy devotes more time to than
managing his own squad.  Andy's ill-will against me has spawned all sorts of
bad feelings amongst people who generally like each other in a fraternal
sort of way...so enough, already.

Now, with respect to Dellucci Question, aren't our rules typical of the
standard roto rules re: position eligibility?  What's point of changing
them?
