Dear Mr. Buddha:
   Under the rules of DUMP, any player who never has played a complete year
in the majors is considered a "prospect."  DUMP does not discriminate on the
basis of age, race, ethnic origin or use of recreational or
performance-enhancing drugs. And that applies to players, too.  It's all
part of Jeffrey Winick's "big tent" approach to life, liberty and the
pursuit of a ninth place finish in fantasy baseball.
