Gang: 

  Assuming that we stick with the rule "as is" (and we ignore the timeliness
issue, see next paragraph), then Jeff's list needs to be pared down so that
only non-ROYs are on the list.  So that we do not spend time at the draft
table tomorrow paring it down, here is the way I think the list breaks out.
"Eligible" means that the player can be drafted at the auction; "not
eligible" means that the player can only be taken in the rotation draft.
Let me know if anyone disagrees with this division.

  Note: the rule as written says that these sort of lists need to be
submitted on roster freeze day.  Because no one has raised it, I am
uncertain if people are advocating permitting this sort list to be used,
even though it is late.
