Wow--I really do have to read that thing someday...we still can retain 20
guys, right?  So when the Cubs acquire Phil Nevin from the Rangers via trade
later today (hey, check out the Trib's website, I ain't makin' this up) and
Andy waives him, how much does he get in FAAB?
