        I've updated our league's rules and posted them to 
http://www.usml.net

 I've revised Section 11.1 to address the switch to AllStar Stats.

  New Section 12.13 is where I placed our new rule regarding trades of 
prospects.

 As is my custom, I've updated Article 17 (take that Mr. Klein. . .).

  Finally, I've posted the 2006 final standings and final roster files 
on the web site.? They are not well formatted, but with the decline of 
TQ Stats there wasn't much I could do.
