On your manager screen...under "Manage Rosters" click on "Set Lineups"  then after that you can go to Chge Salary/Contract to enter that info.
 
If you want to send me the manager password I'll log on and input this for you if you have trouble....I got my other two leagues up this past week without trouble....might be a glitch or maybe just unfamiliarity.  Let me know, I'll be home after 8;30 tonight.
