[USML Announce] As March approaches

To Jeff Winick:  Will that give you enough time to review all our rosters
and offer any final opinions?  Or do you prefer we wait until 3/31, which is
7 days before the draft; that gives you more time to render final
thoughts for each team and still gives us one week to digest reserve lists?
Advise us, O Wise Man.
