[USML Announce] USML 2007 - Rosters

It's just so good to hear from Doug I'll support Movement for New Stat
Service, subject to my motion that private attorneys subsidize public
employees' portion of additional expense, or at least don't make me sit next
to Doug at draft.  Those odds scare me....
