[USML Announce] You Don't Need a Winick To Know Which Way The Wind Blows

Jim:
I respectfully disagree with your disagreement. Unlike Jeffrey, I will
address your point with logic and reason, not ad hominem attacks on your
character and motives. Sections 8-10 of Art. XVII were included to address
compliance with Section 12.2. That section prohibits teams from carrying
more players at a particular position than the rules allow (a point I raised
in my original email on the subject, which you obviously overlooked in your
haste to take sides with Jeff Winick on this matter). Nothing in Art. XVII,
Secs. 8-10 or in Art. 12.2 provides that a team must waive one or more
players if its rookies make a ML team's opening day roster.
Respectfully,
BLJ
