[USML Announce] HATE TO BE A SNITCH

Been away from the computer today. 

I defer to the collective wisdom of the league in defeating my proposal.

I vote in favor of the Barrett Plan and give my proxy to Jeff Winick as 
to version.

Off to educate future lawyers.  I suppose society is better for the fact 
that I don't teach a course in legislation!!
