[USML Announce] Act/Res Moves

I'd recommend that everyone else do what Mark K has done.? Send your contingent moves based on pontential FAAB outcomes to USMLTrans at aol.com? I'll talk to Mark B and get FAAB straightened out.? By next week we'll have it set up so that no later than Saturday night one of us will have notified all bidders of the results of FAAB.? If the system can't accomodate that we're going to have to come up with something else since obviously what we're trying to do right now isn't working.
