The Boston Herald reports that the Red Sox will call up Craig Hansen.
Hansen will take the place of David Pauley, who allowed five runs in 4 
1/3 innings during his spot start on Tuesday. Hansen, who underwent 
sleep apnea surgery over the winter, has struck out 13 while allowing 
just four walks in 12 1/3 scoreless innings at Triple-A.
