[USML Announce] Silly Rules

He was activated two weeks ago but I was unclear as to whether or not his eligibility mattered from this string of emails. That said, he obviously has been active and had his contract running.

When I looked at the AYM Week 4 roster, it shows Longoria with an "A" in the status column.  I assume that means he is active and eligible for the trade.

	The rule we adopted last year (Article XII, Section 13) reads, in its entirely, as follows: 
	From the commencement of the Auction until June 1, any player whose contract is not running may not be traded. 
	Evan Longoria's contract is not yet running.
