[USML Announce] Klein FAAB Bids 4/26

Question for the league  office:   The website shows the GOP with $59 
remaining in the  till     yet I have not been awarded a player from the FAAB  until 
this morning's $8 purchase....is this some sort of Democratic tax that was  
voted in and if so was there enough of a movement to override a potential  veto.
