[USML Announce] Berliner FAAB Bids

Does anyone understand what happened on the system with the bidding for Bay?
 
It looks to me like the system thinks he won't be auctioned off until 8/9.
 
Also, I'm confused how the system and our rules work with bids like Jeff's
below?
 
Does his $56 on Bay trump my lower bid or does my bid beat his because it
wasn't at all contingent on the outcome of the Tex auction?
 
Did anyone have higher bids on Bay?
 
Do we have a similar issue with Griffey?  Did nobody bid on him?
