[USML Announce] FW: Player pool and FAAB bidding [Incident: 080810-000027]

This is the kind of issue where I think we should live with system.  So,
Mark, if I understand this, a player who joins the AL on Friday would not be
eligible for FAAB bidding until the following week.  Is that right?
