[USML Announce] March 15 Draft Date

After further conversation with my wife, I now understand that the March
15th weekend  won't work for me to travel.  Any possibility we can do the
weekend before (I know that's pretty early) or after?  If March 15th turns
out to be the only weekend that works, I'll need to request the possibility
of dialing in to the draft.
