[USML Announce] Chris Ray?

The year end roster report I circulated with my Craig Hansen question shows
that Chris Ray was on Jeff's roster at the end of the year.
 
Jeff -- did you deal Chris Ray to another team in the off season?  Shouldn't
he be on your roster now?  Did I get something wrong on this one?

Doesn't someone have Chris Ray on his roster? 

I had him on a long term contract through the end of this year and then
traded him during the course of the season last year.  I think he may have
bounced around a bit, but I suspect that someone is stuck with him.
