[USML Announce] Supplemental Draft Order

For teams such as Andy's that need to rebuild, the supplemental draft
provides a valuable opportunity to acquire prospects on the cheap without
having to trade half their roster to Winick; for guys like Kerber, the draft
provides a quite moment to snarf down some doughnuts while Mark Blocker
ponders the top junior college ptchers.

So I ask, what is this year's order? Do I get to go 1st this time?
