[USML Announce] USML 2008 Draft Day Information

RER: I absolutely have no problem-o with using laptops per past
practice...it's the internet access that I disfavor.  You guys can check
your stocks and bonds some other time--maybe that will reduce those motions
to think. And I move to limit those to two a man before good cause must be
shown the Committee of a Donut Hole or whatever you masons call
yourselves....
