[USML Announce] USML - Rosters and set lineups

Based on established behavior patterns, those teams are probably all trying to get away with something. ?So, guys, please try re-entering WHILE FOLLOWING THE RULES.

? It appears that the "set lineups" function is finally working.? 
The system now reports legal rosters for all teams except AYM, Riptorns, and 
Klein Nine.? For those teams, please try re-entering.?
