  An important note:  I will not be around or available this  weekend to help 
oversee the FAAB bidding (and probably will not have reliable  access to the 
internet), so I am leaving the keys to the Kingdom in Jeff W.'s  capable 
hands.  Please still send FAAB bids to usmltrans.  Jeff, I  will call you tomorrow 
about access the bids and processing them.
