[USML Announce] Next Reporting Period Roster Update Status?

Has anyone figured out yet how to adjust rosters for the reporting  
period that will commence with this Sunday?

I know that the question has been asked a few times, but I'm not sure  
if anyone has come up with an answer.

Like others, when I sign on I see the next reporting period for which  
I can adjust my roster as commencing on April 6.
