[USML Announce] Whither Rasner

Similar to Buddha and Sowers, Rasner  is not going to be activated to
Yankees' roster until Sunday.  I was going to bid on him but saw that he was
not on active Yankees roster.  That bid should not count, right?

Anyway, I get Shelton for a buck higher than Kerbs' bid.
