[USML Announce] Pass Over This: 2009 Draft Day

April 11 per the Rules of Roto Baseball. That's my religion. I could give
two wits about the First, Second or Fifth Days of Passover, Good Friday,
Easter, Administrative Professionals Day or any of that other nonsense that
continually messes with our draft dates.
As for our league members fretting over the possibility of a job action at
AT&T, BFD: Let me say that as a tough-skinned fair-haired labor/employment
attorney for the nation's second largest transit authority, I can say with a
reasonable degree of confidence that once you give in to union threats, then
the unions have won. Live your lives, men, free of the threats of union
activities. At least no one here expects me to drive a bus if our operators
so dared to engage in such an illegal strike activity. Like you guys are
really going to lay phone lines or something....and given the sad state of
ATT's "customer service" you guys could phone it in from the draft and no
one would notice.

So I'll be at Sidley at 8:00 a.m. on 4/11. Blocker, put me on that guest
list. Who's with me??!!
