We've launched the new version of the Change Line Up function for all 
teams. This version can handle many more options than the old one and at 
the same time has more thorough error checking. It also runs faster, but 
it requires that Commissioners be very precise in their set-up. If team 
owners find that they are able to do things that they shouldn't be 
allowed to (such as add free agents first-come, first-serve when that 
shouldn't be allowed) or that they are not allowed to do things that 
they should be (such as move players to the DL), please contact your 
commissioner first and ask him to review all the transaction set-up 
specifications and make sure that they're correct. It there are still 
problems after the commissioner has okayed the set-up, then please have 
your commissioner contact us. It's best if you include as detailed 
information as possible when you report problems.
