[USML Announce] USML - Roster updates

  All of the additional roster moves that people e-mailed to me have now
been posted.  Let me know if you see anything missing.

 

  One glitch: the system is not deducting money from FAAB budgets (oddly,
except for Rich).  So I will have to adjust those manually during the course
of the week.  We will have to follow the updates from OnRoto to see when and
if the automated BidMeister system is running.
