[USML Announce] TOeFuKi's School of Trading Etiquette

The TOeFuKi School of Trading Etiquette is polling the league in an effort to identify community norms.??The quesitons are based on?purely hypothetical situations and any resemblance?they may have to real life situations are purely coincidental.?

We'll start with our first two questions:

#1 - You've gone through a number of rounds of back and forth with another team and have arrived at the terms of an deal that you're prepared to accept and have told the other team that that is precisely your intention....but you let him know that?he needs to wait just one more day before you make it official.? What do you do:

a.? You consummate the deal.
b.? You continue to negotiate the terms of the deal with the intention of finalizing a deal that is just a little bit better than what you've already indicated a willingness to accept.
c.? You shop the deal around, determine that you can do better and take the better deal with another team.? You send the unfortunate first team a nice note explaining the circumstances that have led you to take another offer.
d.? You never really intended to do the deal with the first team and enjoyed jerking him around.? You make a deal with another team and never say another word to the other guy (i.e. sucker) that you left hanging.

#2 - After being the subject of many feelers from another team, you finally reach out to him and advise him that you're interested in making a deal.? What will you do:

a.? You?make a concrete offer that you're prepared to accept.
b.? You string him along until the last minute, make an offer that you're pretty certain he won't accept but are prepared to negotiate downward to arrive at a good deal for both teams.? 
c.? You only reached out to this team to lead him along, so you make a last minute offer, make sure that its one absurdly weighted in your favor so you can be?pretty certain that he won't accept, but you don't care because you never have any intention of standing by the offer even if he accepts it.? Just to make absolutely certain that you really aggravate him?you go?into radio silence.
d.? You make a last minute offer solely for purposes of diverting attention from the trade that you're negotiating with another team.? Based upon past experience you have a sneaking suspicion that this team will let another team with whom you're engaged in false trade negotiations know about the discussions, thereby enhancing the likelihood of keeping both teams strung along.? You allow the only?team with whom you were ever engaged in serious discussions? announce your?trade to guarantee that the other team (i.e. sucker) to whom you made the false offer knows that you were just jerking him around all along....and all the while maintaining radio silence.

Please vote in the following manner:? Indicate for each of the choices whether you would (i) definitely do so; (ii) might do so depending upon the circumstances; (iii)?never do so, but could understand that other teams might; (iv) never do so and wouldn't have any interest in playing in a league with someone who would. 

Once I have the results of this first round, I'll have a second round of questions for your consideration.? Thank you in advance for your helpful feedback.
