[USML Announce] USML - FAAB and updates

  All of the winning FAAB bids from this week have been posted, and are
effective retroactively.  If you have conforming roster moves you wish to
make, please e-mail them to me and I will make sure that they get posted by
tomorrow, retroactive to today.  As for all of the corrections I was given
for last week, those have all been entered, and tomorrow's standings should
be correct.
