[USML Announce] Trade Tide

I'd move it back a week to allow a bit more time to accomodate the  
recent major league trades, but if we're sticking to the letter of the  
law, the deadline will be this Sunday at noon.

I've got ARod, Josh Hamilton and others and they're available.
