[USML Announce] Red-Hots Waivers and FAAB Adjustments

The Red-Hots waive both Brandon Allen and Aaron Poreda -- both of whom have
been traded to the NL.

Allen's salary was $1.

Poreda was acquired in the rotation draft, so the FAAB adjustment should be
$2 for him.
