   1.  To whom do we email reserve lists?
   2.  How do we confirm MBB emailed his by your deadline?  Seems like his
transactions are like Dr. Manhattan, materializing whenever and wherever (I,
of course, make no comment about the size or tint of MBB's personal member).
   3. Speaking of The Rich, Robbins O! Robbins where art thou?  I know
there's no rule to interpret this year, but come on and join the party.
